Software Estimate Fees

** With our ALL INCLUSIVE option you’ll get 100 estimates p.a. included with you licence and thereafter it costs £10+VAT per estimate.

* With our basic annual subscription to the software you’ll need to pay a per estimate fee from the start. Each estimate completed costs £10+VAT. There’s a minimum monthly charge of £50+VAT.

Estimate fees are payable by BACS on receipt of our invoice issued in the first week of the month, as applicable. We’re happy to negotiate discounts based on volume in the form of credits loaded onto your account.

Affordable. Quality.
Our emphasis is on the estimate being worth the paper it’s written on. We want the customer’s estimate to be right so I’m sure you’ll appreciate quality takes a little time. We’re not cheap but we are absolutely worth it. We have a full price list below but this is a guide and each job is assessed job by job. Before we start, you or your customer will get a fixed price and a confirmed delivery date.

Free minor amends
Should your customer need any minor amends to the job, we can do those without charge. However if they or their client need more significant changes to the job then we may have to charge for those. We have an hourly rate for that.

One dedicated estimator to the project
Estimates and quotations produced by seasoned professional estimators (all with a construction background) and we assign one dedicated estimator to the estimate for the duration of the job

What is the lead time?

As we’re a quality service, and quality takes a little time as I’m sure you’d appreciate, we don’t offer a 24-hour or 48-hour service. Our aim is to deliver smaller jobs in 3-4 days, on average. Larger jobs will take 7-10 days. We always hit out deadlines.
